We accept returns of unworn, undamaged jewellery with original tags/packaging within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at returns@hanusa.com with:

   • Order number

   • Product photos (front & back)

   • Reason for return

2. We'll send a prepaid return label (India only) or nearest drop-off address

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive the item

• Refund Method: Original payment mode

• Deductions: Shipping charges (unless faulty/wrong item sent)

Prefer a different size/design?

• Select "Exchange" in your return request

• No additional shipping fees for first exchange
